Welcome to shanthiapartments.com. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the booking of accommodation at Shanthi Apartments Anuradhapura. By accessing our website or making a reservation, you agree to comply with these terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Booking and Reservations
- You must be at least 18 years of age to make a booking.
- You agree to provide accurate information during the booking process, including the correct number of guests. Exceeding the maximum guest capacity of your booked apartment without prior approval from management is strictly prohibited.
- A valid government-issued ID (National Identity Card or Passport) must be presented upon check-in for verification and security purposes.
2. Pricing and Payments
- All prices are displayed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) unless otherwise stated.
- An advance deposit or full payment may be required to secure your reservation. Your booking is only confirmed once this payment is successfully processed and acknowledged by us.
- Prices are subject to change, but changes will not affect bookings that have already been confirmed.
3. Check-in and Check-out
- Standard check-in and check-out times will be communicated to you during the booking confirmation process.
- Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
- Guests must return all keys and property access items to the management upon departure.
4. Guest Conduct and House Rules
- Guests are expected to treat the property, furnishings, and neighboring residents with respect.
- Loud parties, heavily disruptive behavior, and illegal activities are strictly prohibited on the premises.
- Please respect the non-smoking rules inside the apartments. Smoking may only be permitted in designated outdoor areas (such as balconies, where applicable).
- The kitchen is provided for basic cooking and preparing Puja items. As noted in the apartment descriptions, cooking heavy meals may incur a supplementary cleaning/usage charge.
5. Damages and Liability
- Guests are fully responsible for any damages caused to the apartment, its fixtures, appliances, or its contents during their stay.
- We reserve the right to charge the guest for repair or replacement costs for any damages or missing items discovered after check-out.
- Shanthi Apartments is not liable for the loss, theft, or damage of any personal belongings, vehicles, or valuables brought onto the property by guests.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
Our Cancellation & Refund Policy governs the process and conditions for canceling a reservation and seeking refunds. Please refer to the Refund Policy page provided on our website for more details.
7. Amendments and Termination
We reserve the right to modify, update, or terminate these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for any changes.
