To be eligible for a full refund of any deposits paid, you must notify us of your cancellation before this deadline. Cancellations made within 7 days of your check-in date may be subject to a cancellation fee (e.g., the cost of the first night).
Refunds
If you have prepaid for your stay or paid an advance deposit, and you cancel within the allowed free-cancellation window, we will notify you and initiate a refund to your original method of payment (or via bank transfer). Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
Modifications (Changing Dates or Apartments)
If you would like to modify your booking dates or switch to a different apartment, please contact our support team at least 7 days before your arrival. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability. Please note that changing apartments or dates may result in a difference in the total booking price.
Non-Refundable Situations
Certain situations are non-refundable. These include:
- No-shows: If you do not arrive on your scheduled check-in date without prior notice.
- Early departures or checking out before your scheduled check-out date.
- Bookings made under heavily discounted "Non-Refundable" promotional rates.
Issues Upon Arrival
In the unlikely event that you encounter any maintenance or cleanliness issues upon arriving at your apartment, please contact us immediately at 0770570804. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible or arrange a room change depending on availability.
Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days after the cancellation is confirmed. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to clear in your account, depending on your banking provider.
